Appellant, Kenneth Lee Mayer, appeals his conviction for the offense of aggravated kidnapping and sentence of 30 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice contending he was denied a lesser included offense charge within the courts charge to the jury on guilt-innocence. Appellant also contends that the trial court erred in ordering him to reimburse the county for court-appointed attorney fees. We reform the judgment and affirm as modified.
